TRT Solutions Policy.

In order to provide the most professional training available it is necessary to adhere to the following policies. Our policies ensure that we meet the needs of our clients and that we provide the highest quality programs available. Therefore, we reserve the right to change our course fees or payment and registration policy at any time. Training is conducted in various elements and at various times, we train under all types of conditions and therefore will not issue refunds due to inclement weather conditions.

Positions are based on a first come basis. A 50% deposit is required on application. Balance due no later than 30 days prior to course.

Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of your seat and deposit in the course.

Cancellations by TRT Solutions will result in full refunds.

We reserve the right to change venues, instructors, or postpone courses if necessary. We will make every attempt to notify students in these cases.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control due to nature, acts of terrorism, natural disaster or Travel restrictions by airlines or governmental organizations we will issue a credit voucher in another course. Events such as these are out of our control; however we will make every effort to ensure that classes are presented.

60 or more days prior to course-a refund of 75% is issued or a full credit of may be applied to a future course.

60 or less day prior to notification- NO REFUND however the student’s tuition may be applies to another course.

30 days or less-No REFUND however 50% of the course fee may be applied to another course

Attendees who fail to show up on the day of the course have forfeited all fees and their seat in the course. No REFUNDS.

Late registrations are accepted – Students must be paid in full on the first day of the course to be accepted.

Should a student have a personal emergency that is beyond their control we understand and will do everything possible to assist them in this regard? All we ask is that you contact us at the first available moment with your emergency.

Certificates

All students who attend our training courses are issued one of two classification of certification: 

Certificates of Completion are issued to all students that fully participate in all class activities and meet all course objectives.

Certificates of Attendance are issued for students that attend our courses however do not meet the course objectives.

In the event a student feels they have made a reasonable attempt to meet the course objectives and wish a review of their performance to earn a certificate of completion, they may appeal to the Lead Instructor for the course in which they are attending to try and satisfy the final requirements. The Lead Instructor has final say and all decisions are FINAL.
